Interior Details and Features:
Normally the web site creator would not speak in the first person to describe the model home, but I personally toured this home and I am excited to describe how incredible it is. When you enter the home from the covered porch, there is a wide foyer with a soaring ceiling, approximately 20' high. I would call the design--modern contemporary--with neutral greys, whites and black accents to allow for your personal color choices and style overlaid on this very attractive neutral yet visually interesting palette. Off the Foyer there is a spacious Guest Suite with a dramatic corner window and an attached 3/4 bath. French Doors lead to the Den/Office with a window watching the walkway and covered porch--perfect for a work-from-home situation with occasional on-site clients. There's a Powder room with a floating vanity and motion activated under cabinet lighting.
Entering the Great Room is the wide open-rail hardwood staircase leading to the upper level. The seating area has a ceramic tile faced floor to ceiling feature wall with a 48" gas fireplace and mantle. Straight ahead is a wall of windows looking out to a 180* view of beautiful tall mature evergreens. That view is not going away. In the Kitchen area you will see the absolutely huge 14' long Waterfall Island that easily fits five chairs, and a glass slider which opens to the expansive covered outdoor living area that features an optional gas firepit creating a natural conversation area.
